PSL9 – A person was ejected from the stadium During the opening match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), a supporter was ejected from the stadium by Punjab Police for chanting slogans affiliated with a political party.
Amidst the ongoing PSL match featuring Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United, disruptions arose in the audience as certain supporters began vocally endorsing a particular political party.
Following this disturbance, Punjab Police took action, initiating a crackdown within the confines of Gaddafi Stadium. They removed a spectator from the premises for voicing support towards the political party associated with former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
A circulating video on Twitter depicts the expulsion of a political activist from the stadium, showing two individuals in plain attire escorting the person out of the venue.
